Germany – Grounds maintenance services – Pflege Außenanlage Nümbrecht

To maintain a presentable appearance and ensure traffic safety along paths and parking areas, the grounds of the educational institutions will be professionally maintained year-round. The necessary work will be structured and scheduled to ensure consistent maintenance throughout the year, without any backlogs. At the same time, care must be taken to avoid disrupting the operation of the educational institutions and to comply with legal requirements, such as bird protection during breeding and nesting seasons. Since the work will be carried out year-round while the educational institutions are in operation, regular communication between the client and contractor is necessary and desired. Maintenance should be performed weekly. Other tasks, such as cleaning paths and plazas, should be carried out weekly, ideally on Fridays, or exceptionally on Thursdays, as experience has shown that the highest levels of dirt accumulate on these days due to the increased activity from Monday to Friday. This will ensure a clean and well-maintained outdoor area at the weekend and at the start of the following week. The services provided must be documented daily in the form of delivery notes or timesheets and submitted to the client upon request.
