AOK PLUS (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority) offers its insured members the following services as part of secondary prevention: "Healthy Back," "Exercise and Nutrition," "Nutritional Counseling," and "Mental Health." A separate announcement is published for each of these services. The subject of this announcement is the conclusion of non-exclusive framework agreements for the provision of secondary prevention services pursuant to Section 43 Paragraph 1 No. 1 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V), for the AOK PLUS "Mental Health" service. This involves individual patient counseling at locations in Saxony and Thuringia. A framework agreement will be concluded with each interested company that submits an application within the participation period and meets the participation requirements. The volume of services to be provided is unknown at the time the framework agreement is concluded and depends in particular on the extent to which the contracting authority's insured members utilize secondary prevention services. Therefore, minimum volumes cannot be guaranteed. Interested companies (applicants) can access the application documents via the link to the project room of the German Procurement Portal (DTVP) provided in section 5.1.11 of this notice. This requires registration on the procurement platform (DTVP) and activation of access to the project room by the contracting authority. Registration and activation of the project room are free of charge. The application documents must be completed in full and submitted via the "Communication" module in the project room of the procurement platform. If it is not possible to sign the framework agreement with a qualified electronic signature, it must be submitted by mail in duplicate, signed by hand.
