In order to find a solution for these cramped spaces within the castle, the municipality of Lisberg is planning, as part of the urban redevelopment of the Trabelsdorf district, the renovation and conversion of the former brewery into a medical center with public use on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors, in the immediate vicinity of the castle. The following uses are planned for the former brewery: • Doctor's office / medical center (MVZ) • Café for residents / ice cream parlor • Flexible number of additional residential units, at least one unit with approx. 150 m², divisible // Quantities: - 2 x 80 kW pellet boiler systems with accessories, feed system, buffer tank and safety devices - 2 x exhaust systems - approx. 190 m of black steel pipe for welding DN 15 to DN 65 - approx. 1,510 m of bare stainless steel pipe for pressing 15 mm to 54 mm - approx. 47 tubular radiators as heating surfaces with accessories - approx. 3 towel radiators as heating surfaces with accessories - approx. 7 finned tube radiators as heating surfaces with accessories
