The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) intends to construct a new swimming pool on Hermelinweg in Hamburg-Farmsen. This pool will be built and financed as a replacement facility within the framework of the federal program "Renovation of Municipal Facilities in the Areas of Sport, Youth, and Culture." In its capacity as the client, the FHH has commissioned Bäderland Hamburg GmbH (BLH) as the project developer to implement the project. The services tendered here pertain to heating systems. System description: The building will be heated via a district heating transfer station (400 kW) provided on-site. The scope of work for this tender begins with the secondary lines of the transfer station, which include two DN 100 shut-off valves (74/40°C). The building will be heated solely via the ventilation system. The following heat generators and consumers must be connected to the heating system: 1. District heating transfer station 2. Air handling unit (AHU) heat pump 3. Subfloor heat pump (provided by the customer) 4. Domestic hot water preparation station 5. Air heater for teaching pool 6. Air heater for ancillary rooms and changing rooms 7. Reheater for changing rooms 8. Reheater for showers
