The following components will be installed in the ventilation system as part of this project: two ventilation units with heat recovery for the sports hall and ancillary rooms, including sanitary facilities and changing rooms, with air volumes of 10,800 m³/h and 7,700 m³/h respectively, as well as an 85 kW air heater for the sports hall. The ductwork has a cross-section of approximately 550 m², is classified as airtightness class C, and includes 56 fire dampers. According to public procurement law, only the contracting conditions stipulated in the tender documents are binding in this procurement procedure. Any differing terms and conditions of delivery, payment, or other contractual terms of a bidder, whether in the form of general terms and conditions or specific contractual terms, are therefore invalid and will under no circumstances become part of the contract. A priced bill of quantities must be submitted to ensure the completeness of the bid. The unit prices listed in the bill of quantities (to be saved as a PDF) are authoritative. All questions regarding the procedure and all communication between participants and the contracting authority will take place exclusively via the aforementioned portal.
