Germany – Helmets – Lieferung von Pilotenhelmen für die Bayerische Polizei

The client guarantees the contractor the following binding purchase quantities. These shall form the basis of the calculation: Binding minimum purchase quantity (entire contract period): - 40 H-CMR pilot helmets (LD-Switzerland); - 40 pilot helmets equipped with Maxillo Face Shield (LD-Switzerland); In addition, the contractor ensures that the following non-binding purchase quantities can be purchased non-bindingly during the entire contract period: Non-binding purchase quantity (entire contract period): - 3 H-CMR pilot helmets (LD-Switzerland); - 2 pilot helmets equipped with Maxillo Face Shield (LD-Switzerland); The following maximum purchase quantities are agreed upon for the entire contract period: - 43 H-CMR pilot helmets (LD-Switzerland); - 42 pilot helmets equipped with Maxillo Face Shield (LD-Switzerland); Accessories/Spare Parts: In addition, accessories/spare parts as per section II.1.4 must be made available on demand at any time during the contract period and beyond. Purchase quantities cannot be predicted; however, it is assumed that provision will only be necessary in the event of repair/maintenance work or loss/wear of accessories. Billing will be separate, and the prices specified in Appendix 5 will apply. The regulations regarding price fixing (section II.1.14) apply accordingly. Maintenance/Repair Service: At the same time, it must be specified in the separate Appendix 5 (see above) whether professional replacement or maintenance by trained personnel of the Client is possible, or whether maintenance by the Contractor is required. Furthermore, the service life and/or maintenance intervals must be specified. Training: The service also includes training in German (preferably) or English for approximately 5 employees of the Bavarian Police, so that they are able to carry out necessary maintenance and repair work professionally and thus the warranty of quality and durability according to point 1.18 is fully maintained.
