Germany – Industrial clothing – Arbeitskleidung im All-In-Mietverfahren

The subject of this tender is the provision of uniform workwear for approximately 600 employees of the Ruhrverband (Ruhr Association) through an all-inclusive rental agreement. This service includes the procurement and storage of the workwear, any necessary adjustments after a fitting, professional washing and care, repairs, and replacement of the workwear due to wear and tear. Employees will receive work trousers and outerwear as a standard set in varying quantities and color combinations. In addition, some employees will receive lab coats, laboratory coats for the Ruhrverband's cooperative laboratory, and welding suits as personal protective equipment. Furthermore, Class 1 and 2 electrician's protective clothing is required for the company's own electricians. All electricians at the Ruhrverband (except those at the central workshop in Dortmund/IME) will receive Class 1 protective clothing. Electricians at IME will also receive Class 1 clothing and additionally Class 2 clothing. Finally, RSA (Residential Safety Clothing) is required for employees working in traffic areas. The delivery/collection of work clothes to and from the approximately 80 delivery points of the Ruhrverband takes place on a weekly basis.
