The subject of this announcement is the conclusion of a contract with individual service providers pursuant to Section 127 Paragraph 1 of the German Social Code [SGB] - Book Five [V] for the supply (health services) of aids for infusion/drug therapy of product subgroups 03.29.07, 03.29.09 and 03.29.12 of the aids directory pursuant to Section 139 SGB V) including accessories and the services required for the supply. This includes in particular: coordination with the attending physician and, if applicable, the outpatient nursing service, consultation, home/hospital/nursing home visits, delivery, collection, replacement procurement, transfer to a similar aid, maintaining an inventory, repair, maintenance, carrying out all tests according to the manufacturer's specifications (such as safety inspections - STK), as well as comprehensive personal instruction of the insured person and/or persons commissioned by them, and, if applicable, the nursing service, in the proper use, care and cleaning.
