This is the new construction of a community school with classrooms and specialist classrooms. The building has a partial basement and two stories. Area specifications: Site area: 9,280.00 sq m - Gross floor area (GFA): Level 0 (ground floor) 1,513.43 sq m - Total GFA: 3,243.10 sq m - Total gross volume (GV): 14,555.95 cu m /// Construction: The building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure with flat slabs, reinforced concrete columns, and shear walls. The building is stiffened by the reinforced concrete walls and floor slabs. The floor slabs are optimized in height according to their spans. The columns on levels 0 and 1 are designed as composite columns. Wall components in contact with the ground are constructed as watertight concrete (WU) structures. The four-sided perimeter walkway on level 1 is attached to the reinforced concrete facade as a steel structure. The new building rests on a shallow foundation on a gravel base. Edge beams reinforce the heavily loaded edges of the floor slabs and also serve as frost protection. Vertical wooden planks spaced approximately 1.20 m apart, with a ventilated vertical wooden cladding on a timber frame structure as a thermal envelope, along with wood-aluminum window strips with sills, form the exterior facade. /// The services include: blackout work – awnings as internal, ventilated textile screens for integration into the lintel, in various widths and designs, approximately 20 units in total, electronically operated with motor, housing, roller tube, side guide rails, fabric, and all necessary fixings and connecting parts. Some of these, located in escape window areas, feature a combined electric tubular motor with emergency operation via hand crank.
