With our Innovation Challenge for intelligent digital customer communication, we aim to make communication more efficient and convenient for both our tenants and ourselves. We are seeking innovative solutions that, through intelligent digital concepts and technologies, will help us identify tenants, qualify their requests for our service center, and automate the process. Ideally, we want to be able to fully capture these requests and transfer them as tickets into our existing processes via our existing REST API. The challenge divides the overarching theme of "intelligent and automated digital customer communication" into five specific use cases, separated by communication channel—the so-called missions (see details): Mission breakdown: Phase 1 • A1 Email Bot • A2 Voice Bot Phase 2 • B3 SAP CRM Bot • B4 Response Assistant Bot Phase 3 • C5 Chat & Self-Service Bot • C6 Letter Bot (analog mail) This announcement pertains exclusively to Mission C6 Letter Bot (analog mail). Context: At Gewobag, tenant letters, as well as letters from companies and contractual partners, are scanned and coded. They are then either forwarded to the relevant department or processed directly in the service center. We note that approximately 5% of incoming mail is handwritten.
