The objective of this procurement is to utilize a carrier network with private, secure any-to-any communication and WAN encryption. This requires connecting the Federal Employment Agency's locations across Germany with varying bandwidths, requirements, and SLAs (combined as Connection Points/CPs). The key service components of the KOMBA25-WAN tender are: • Private WAN site networking: Setup and operation of a managed service for a private IP VPN or intranet (CP1 to CP4) • Decentralized internet access via Internet Center/BIZ (CP8) • Customer WLAN • Cloud Connect • Dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 support • Services/functions for implementing carrier-independent encryption of the private WAN site network • Services/functions for implementing the Federal Employment Agency's specific routing functions within the private WAN site network • Service management ensures the quality of service delivery and includes support, monitoring, reporting, and active network management. • Implementation of services within the framework of rollouts and the maintenance and further development of services in accordance with the incident, configuration, change, release and service level management processes according to ITIL.
