Brief description of the project: A new extension for a primary school is to be built on the grounds of the IGS Lindenfeld school, adjacent to the existing main building. The approximately square plot is enclosed on three sides by a 2-3 meter high brick boundary wall. Outside the boundary wall, there is a roughly 2-meter-wide footpath, currently not fully accessible, which is owned by the city of Offenbach. The existing building, which will remain in operation during construction, is a five-story structure located in the center of the property. It stands directly on the southern boundary of the site, dividing the construction area into two sections. Access around the existing building to the south is not possible. The construction project is being carried out in two phases. The first phase has already been completed. The measures described here pertain to the carpentry work. Main items: Interior window sills 5 linear meters, wall cabinet units for classroom with table, 14 units; cladding for air handling unit with parapet duct, 15 units; wall cladding for cloakroom niches, 3 units; wall cladding for corridor niches, 6 units; all cabinets and wall cladding with HPL-coated wood-based panels and ABS edges. Other: Plan distribution is handled via a plan server (Planfred) provided to the contractor free of charge. The bid calculation must take into account that, due to limited space, no additional break room container can be delivered. Physical attendance at the weekly coordination meetings (construction meetings) is mandatory and must be factored into the bid accordingly.
