Germany – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – NMR-Spektrometer-System

The subject of this contract is the delivery and operational setup of a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer system for the development of NMR-based methods for food authenticity control, for subsequent use in official food monitoring by the authorities of the German federal states. This includes the installation and provision of control and evaluation software, as well as any additional software required for a pH titration unit and an automation unit, including the respective purchase licenses. Furthermore, expert instruction in the operation and function of the system, as well as specialized application training, must be conducted on-site by qualified German-speaking personnel of the contractor for up to eight, but at least three, members of the client's staff. A German and/or English user manual for the NMR spectrometer system and the software must be provided electronically (e.g., as a PDF document). The contractor also maintains a technical service hotline staffed by qualified and trained German-speaking personnel on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Furthermore, the contractor guarantees the provision of new program versions for the software for a period of two years, as well as the availability of spare and consumable parts for a period of at least ten years from the operational setup of the NMR spectrometer system.
