The services to be performed include all work for the construction of the outdoor school facilities surrounding the new Osterhofen secondary school, as well as the reconstruction of the bus stops. The work encompasses demolition, earthworks, drainage and civil engineering, as well as the construction of pathways using concrete and natural stone paving, various furnishings, impact-absorbing surfacing, and planting. Key works (all quantities are approximate, in partial areas): - Excavate 1,800 m³ of soil, create a stockpile - Lay 130 m of rainwater pipe - Install 210 m of drainage and facade gutters - Lay 1,300 m² of concrete block paving with facing, including base courses and cutting - Install 330 m of concrete kerbstones - Install 180 m² of granite slab paving, Granidiorite - Install 120 m² of seamless impact-absorbing surfacing - Install 105 m of wire mesh fencing - Install 2 swing gates, steel mesh panels - Install 26 concrete blocks with facing, 1.5 m long - Install 30 m² of WPC decking - Install 9 pieces of outdoor furniture, HPL on metal - Plant 18 trees including tree substrate (some drive-over) - Install 170 m² of planting areas (shrubs, perennials, grasses) including initial maintenance and 1 year of development care - Install 600 m² of lawn, of which 420 m² of rolled turf - 400 m² of demolition of paved areas for bus stops and footpaths - 700 m³ of excavated soil, fill material for bus stop substructures - 60 m of sewer line - 450 m² of concrete block paving for public footpaths - 350 m² of large granite paving stones for bus lanes, some reused - 68 m of bus curb stones as profiled stones - 180 m of granite curb stones, some reused
