Outdoor Facilities with Noise Barrier: On plot no. 2826/1, Am Mühlanger, adjacent to the four-track Augsburg-Munich railway line, a two-story daycare center will be built. The site is currently an undeveloped meadow. An access road with a turning circle has been constructed from Am Mühlanger, running north of the building site. The site will be accessed via this road. Type and scope of work for the outdoor facilities: A greenable noise barrier (3.2 m high) will be erected along the southern boundary. A storage shed (9 x 4 m) will be built in the southeast corner in front of the noise barrier. A refuse collection building (6 x 3 m) will be built in the northeast, adjacent to the access road. The construction site will be set up on the turning circle of the access road. Parking spaces with concrete pavers/asphalt will be constructed in front of the building. In addition to the concrete paved entrance areas, a large terrace with concrete pavers will be built on the garden side. Various play equipment will be provided for children's play. The few existing trees on the construction site must be protected, as well as the trees and shrubs adjacent to the site, fences, buildings, and driveways. Main work: 150 m³ soil excavation, 630 m³ fill material installation, 740 m² concrete paving, 400 m² impact-absorbing surfacing (sand/fine gravel), 73 m² asphalt, 550 m edging, 70 m concrete retaining walls, approx. 16 wooden/steel play structures, 140 m fencing, 1 wooden/steel garbage shed (3 x 6 m), 1 wooden tool shed (9 x 4 m), 60 m concrete/greened noise barrier (H= 3.2 m), 1,100 m² planting and lawn areas, 11 trees
