Germany – Lift installation work – Neubau Florenbergschule Pilgerzell, Personenaufzug

A passenger elevator will be integrated into the new Florenberg School building in Pilgerzell. The project involves the construction of a new primary school with a footprint of approximately 820 m² in the basement, 2670 m² on the ground floor, and 2200 m² on the upper floor. The school comprises 20 classrooms, an auditorium, a media center, a music room, as well as staff rooms, ancillary rooms, and technical facilities. A machine-room-less cable-driven passenger elevator will be installed in the new school, designed for barrier-free self-rescue (Level B). The machine-room-less elevator, with its gearless drive, will be installed in the shaft head on vibration-isolated guide rails. The elevator will have a travel height of 7.84 m and four stops, and will be a through-loading elevator. The shaft will be constructed of concrete. The following components will be installed: elevator drive, electronic microprocessor control, fire alarm control, emergency call system, elevator compliant with EN 81-28, louvered hood, elevator shaft smoke extraction and ventilation system (NRWG), flat roof mounting, NRWG ventilation module
