The construction project involves the construction of a new primary school, a two-story special-purpose building with partial basements, integrated into a hillside location. The building is divided into four sections, connected by corridors and open staircases. It will be constructed using reinforced concrete throughout all floors. A vertical, ventilated timber cladding with integrated, generously sized wooden window bands defines the exterior appearance. The roof will be a warm roof with a gravel covering and will be equipped with a photovoltaic system. Interior walls will be painted white or, depending on the area, clad with timber paneling to match the exterior. Suspended ceilings will be finished with a white grid ceiling or light-colored wood wool lightweight panels. A steel-framed walkway will be constructed on the west side. The school will be built on the site of the currently used schoolyard, adjacent to the existing school building, which will be demolished at a later date. A temporary schoolyard area will be created to the north during the construction period. After the new building is constructed, the existing building will be demolished, significantly reducing the building density, including the height. The demolition area will be landscaped and used as a schoolyard. The adjacent gymnasium will be retained. Steel construction work for a covered walkway is included in the scope of work. The following components are included: - Round steel columns, profile beams, brackets (30 tons) - Double-flight stringer staircase with grating steps (1 unit) - Grating (260 m²) - Roof structure made of trapezoidal sheet metal profiles (280 m²) - Ceiling cladding made of expanded metal (550 m²) - Cladding made of powder-coated sheet metal (180 m)
