The existing framework agreement with the Bavarian Police for the procurement, delivery, and servicing of components from Adtran Networking SE (formerly ADVA Optical Networking GmbH and ADVA Network Security GmbH) is expiring. Therefore, a new framework agreement (no longer a framework contract, but a framework agreement) will be awarded to meet the Bavarian Police's related needs. The framework agreement covers: • Procurement and delivery of ADVA components (replacement/expansion) • Service offerings: Third-level support for installed and newly delivered components, consulting, customization, and training. The earliest individual order placement by the client will be on July 1, 2025.
