Type and scope of services: Measurement, shop drawings and assembly planning, demolition and disposal of existing windows, manufacturing, supply and installation of new windows with varying requirements, including fire protection (approx. 88 new windows). Refurbishment of existing windows including woodwork and painting (approx. 66 windows). Special features: The construction site is located in the city center and is surrounded by public traffic areas. During construction, the town hall in the eastern part will remain in use, with administrative activities and visitor access continuing. +++The following documents must be submitted upon separate request by the contracting authority: - Preliminary cost estimate.
