Type and scope of work: Demolition and disposal work is to be carried out in preparation for the new building structures to be erected in the town hall. This includes the demolition and disposal of approximately 1,000 m² of drywall constructions and 800 m² of non-load-bearing masonry. Furthermore, steel and glass door structures and suspended ceilings (1,300 m²) are to be dismantled and disposed of. Special features: The construction site is located in the city center and is surrounded by public traffic areas. During the construction work, the eastern part of the town hall will remain in use, with administrative activities and visitor access continuing. +++The following documents must be submitted upon separate request by the contracting authority: - Preliminary cost estimate. Content of the preliminary cost estimate: This must be prepared at least according to the content of form 223 - Breakdown of unit prices for ALL items, i.e.: Item in the bill of quantities; Abbreviation; Quantity; Unit of measure; Time estimate; Partial costs including surcharges in euros per unit (wages, materials, equipment, other); offered unit price (total wages, materials, equipment, other). +++ Further contract deadlines can be found in the tender documents. +++ +++The completed waste disposal concept must be submitted to the contracting authority no later than 14 days after the contract is awarded.++
