The AOK Bayern - Die Gesundheitskasse (Health Insurance Fund), acting as a state association (§ 207 para. 4 SGB V), the BKK-Landesverband Bayern (BKK State Association of Bavaria), the IKK classic, acting as a state association (§ 207 para. 4a SGB V), consisting of the health insurance funds of the guild health insurance funds: IKK classic, IKK - Die Innovationskasse (Innovation Fund), IKK Südwest (Southwest), BIG direkt gesund (BIG Direct Health), IKK Brandenburg und Berlin (Brandenburg and Berlin), IKK gesund plus, the Social Insurance Institution for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG) as an agricultural health insurance fund, acting as a state association (§ 36 KVLG 1989), the KNAPPSCHAFT (Miners' Health Insurance Fund), the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), the BARMER, the DAK - Gesundheit (Health Insurance Fund), the Kaufmännische Krankenkasse (KKH), the HEK - Hanseatische Krankenkasse (Hanseatic Health Insurance Fund), and the Handelskrankenkasse (hkk) intend to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies regarding the active ingredient trastuzumab, ATC L01FD01, pursuant to § 130a Section 8c of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) is to be used to conclude discount agreements for parenteral preparations made from finished medicinal products in oncology, prepared in pharmacies for immediate medical administration to patients in the region of Bavaria.
