Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Verfahren: Formoterol, Glycopyrroniumbromid und Beclometason (R03AL09)

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to Sections 130a Paragraph 8/130c Paragraph 1 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) for medicinal products containing the active ingredients formoterol, glycopyrronium bromide, and beclometasone (R03AL09) within the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, with the possibility of concluding contracts at any time within the framework of an open-house model. In the open-house procedure, medicinal products listed by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) pursuant to Section 35 Paragraph 5a of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) (pediatric medicines) are excluded. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland – The Health Insurance Fund is offering all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements for the active ingredients formoterol, glycopyrronium bromide, and beclometasone (R03AL09) without a selection process. The contracts are concluded within the framework of an "open-house model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland – The Health Insurance Fund seeks contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies). The Open House model offers uniform conditions for all participants. Contract content, terms, and access procedures are standardized – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest possible start date being January 1, 2024. All contracts terminate no later than 24 months after the earliest possible start date, regardless of the contract's conclusion date. Joining or concluding a contract is possible on the first of any month within the 24-month period. Termination is permitted with six weeks' notice to the end of the month, in accordance with the contract's provisions.
