Engineering structures 2nd construction phase + transport facilities 1st construction phase for the new construction of the multifunctional building and maritime medical institute on the grounds of the Bundeswehr hospital. Scope of Services: - Construction of stormwater and wastewater pipes (main lines and service connections) - Construction of new conduit routes - Execution of earthworks for cable laying - Construction of a new bus stop (asphalt construction) - Construction of new roadway surfaces (asphalt) - Construction of new sidewalk surfaces (paving) Quantity Overview: 225 m main lines and 450 m service connections (stormwater and wastewater) 580 m trenches (conduits, cables) 570 m² new roadway surface (asphalt) 520 m² roadway resurfacing (asphalt) 600 m² new sidewalk surface (paving) The following individual deadlines are binding deadlines in accordance with Section 5 Paragraph 1 VOB/B: Start of work on the construction site: within 30 calendar days after award of the contract Area A Pipeline construction: Execution period 6 weeks, completion: August 15, 2025 Area A Road construction: Execution period 8 weeks Area C1 Pipeline construction: Construction period 8 weeks, completion: September 26, 2025. Area C1. Road construction: Construction period 6 weeks, completion: June 30, 2026.
