The new building is designated as an office building. The tendered services include two double pump lifting stations (one for sewage), a drinking water connection center, and a drinking water supply (hot and cold) for 10 toilets (one of which is accessible), two changing rooms with two showers each, eight kitchenettes, four cleaning supply rooms, and two first-aid rooms. Hot water will be supplied decentrally. The scope of services also includes the installation of a dry fire extinguishing system, including three inlets and eleven outlets. Construction period: Preparatory work from approximately April 2025, delivery of installation components to building contractors: August 2025, start of rough assembly: April 2026, completion of final assembly: April 2027, commissioning by August 2027.
