The City of Cologne currently consists of ten departments with over 80 offices. Orders are placed decentrally by the individual departments and offices within the City of Cologne. A total of approximately 590 City of Cologne offices (around 260 schools, 230 daycare centers, and approximately 100 other offices, including branch offices) located throughout the city of Cologne need to be supplied. Orders are placed based on demand and therefore vary in quantity. The minimum order quantity for office paper is 10,000 sheets, equivalent to 20 reams of DIN A4 paper, possibly consisting of several different types. | The printing department produces items such as mass-produced printed materials, flyers, invitations, business cards, perfect-bound brochures, and postage-optimized mailings with inserts. Orders are placed centrally and based on demand, and therefore vary in quantity. The minimum order quantity for office papers is set at 100,000 sheets = 1 pallet of DIN A4 paper, possibly consisting of several types, and 1,000 sheets for specialty papers.
