The German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) intends to permanently lease 40 EA flatcar units, type L/S (special-design flatcars with single wheelsets, significantly lowered, with wheel chocks), for transporting vehicles on a single loading level. These special-design flatcar units will be used to transport wheeled and tracked vehicles (rubber tracks), some exceeding standard loading dimensions. The client also intends to lease additional flatcar units of the same type as needed, provided the contractor has the necessary capacity (individual lease agreement). The lease agreement is for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028 (term: 3 years plus 3 one-year extension options).
