On the grounds of the IGS Lindenfeld school, a three-story extension for a primary school is to be built next to the existing main building. The construction project is being carried out in two phases. Main items BT-E (New school building, 2nd construction phase): Mineral wool tapered insulation 650 m², FPO roof waterproofing 650 m², extensive green roof 490 m², cable safety system 170 m, main and emergency drainage systems 9 units, rainwater downpipes 36 m, waterproofing of reinforced concrete slab with bituminous membrane 530 m². Main items BT-F (Warehouse, new building): 2-layer polymer bitumen roof waterproofing 110 m², extensive green roof 90 m², cable safety system 13 m, main and emergency drainage systems 6 units. Main items Existing building: Rainwater standpipes 4 units, each L=2 m. Other: Plan distribution is via a plan server (Planfred) which is provided to the contractor free of charge. The cost calculation must take into account that, due to the limited space... Due to space constraints, an additional break room container cannot be delivered. The client will provide one. The cost for using the container is 0.16% of the contract value. Please note that the adjacent Blücherstraße is a residential street with the supplementary sign "No through traffic for any vehicles." Driving and parking vehicles there is not permitted. This should be observed in the interest of maintaining good neighborly relations.
