Renovation of seven buildings with basements and four full stories, comprising two different building types: A (5 units) and B (2 units). Conversion to a total of 120 apartments. Building type B includes an attic conversion. All existing installations will be dismantled and disposed of by a demolition company. Additionally, the awarding of 'maintenance services' is part of the procedure.
