Scaffolding Work I Scope of Services Scaffolding work according to DIN EN 12810/12811 on all exterior facades Type and scope of services: Technical processing: Static calculations for the working scaffolds on all facades, as well as anchoring protocols for the scaffolds on the west, east, and south facades. Site setup: Site setup for our own work and protective measures for adjacent building components. Scaffolding work on the north facade: 1,250 m² of external scaffolding on the north facade without the possibility of anchoring to the building; stability is to be achieved using support towers and ballast containers. The scaffolding is to be erected in stages, following the roofline. 1,070 m² of internal scaffolding on the north facade, staggered for masonry (270 m²) and post-and-beam facade (800 m²). The scaffolds are to be connected to each other using scaffold tubes and couplers. Scaffolding work on the west and east facades: 1,550 m² of scaffolding on the east facade; 1,125 m² of scaffolding on the west facade, excluding the area of the tree yard; 1,090 m² of scaffolding at the tree yard with lattice girders to protect the root area of the natural monument, the plane tree. Scaffolding work on the south facade: 1,250 m² of scaffolding in the area of the south facade. Sections without anchoring options to the building will be bridged with lattice girders; early dismantling of axes 3-5/mirror facade. The scaffolding is to be erected in stages, following the roofline.
