DESCRIPTION OF MEASURES The Friedrichshafen District Office plans to carry out energy-efficient renovations of the existing facades and sawtooth roofs while the buildings remain in operation. The project is divided into several construction phases. Renovation of the glass facades, doors, and gates on the ground floor has already begun. The school grounds are located between Lindauer Straße and Steinbeisstraße. The sawtooth roof and facade renovations are being carried out exclusively on the workshop building. The school buildings located to the north are not part of the planned renovation project. The measures described here for 2025 and 2026 are essentially limited to the renovation of the exterior wall cladding, which is constructed as a ventilated curtain wall system, and the renovation of the sawtooth roofs. The overall renovation project has been underway since 2024.
