On the grounds of the IGS Lindenfeld school, a three-story extension for a primary school is to be built next to the existing main building. The construction project is being carried out in two phases. The first phase is already completed; the services described here relate to the second phase, including a small annex (building section F). Description: Scaffolding work for a new school building, specifically for the second phase. Regarding building section E (school) and building section F (warehouse): Main items BT-E (school, 3 stories): Facade scaffolding 2,100 m², 4 stair towers, interior scaffolding 410 m³, protective roofs 30 linear meters, canopies with walkways 1,050 linear meters, dust protection nets 2,100 m². Main items BT-F (warehouse, 1 story): Facade scaffolding 200 m², 1 stair tower, protective roofs 6 linear meters. Other: Plans will be distributed via a plan server (Planfred), which will be provided to the contractor free of charge. The bid calculation must take into account that, due to limited space, no additional break room container can be delivered. The client will provide a break room container. The cost for using the container is 0.16% of the contract value. Please note that the adjacent Blücherstraße is a residential street with the additional sign "No through traffic for any vehicles." Driving and parking vehicles there is prohibited. This should be observed in the interest of maintaining good neighborly relations.
