Project Description: This project involves the construction of the Gartenstraße daycare center in Traunreut, on plots 536/327 and 536/46, using a two-story building. The new building will provide space for a nursery (ground floor) and a kindergarten. The building will be divided into the following areas: - Group rooms for the nursery and kindergarten, each with an adjoining room, a bathroom, a storage room, and a cloakroom. - Director's office, parent consultation room, team room, - Dining room with preparation area and children's kitchen, - Common areas (marketplace) on the ground and upper floors, - Ancillary rooms, technical equipment. Barrier-free access is provided by a centrally located elevator. The new building will be constructed using timber framing on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. Individual steel components complement the timber construction. Approximate dimensions: floating heating cement screed, including substructure (thermal insulation and fill) approx. 1,750 m² Execution period: week 5 2026 to week 12 2026
