The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of displays and related accessories, as well as associated services. This contract essentially concerns the replacement of existing displays and related accessories, along with related services. The devices will be used in the schools of the member organizations. These schools already have displays from the manufacturer Promethean, as well as from other manufacturers. For necessary repairs, maintenance, and system expansions, the products to be procured must be easily integrated into the existing systems. To ensure this, the aforementioned measures require the procurement of specific Promethean products. The accessories do not necessarily have to be Promethean products, as long as they are fully compatible with the Promethean displays already in use. ProVitako will initiate manufacturer-specific tenders for all manufacturers whose products are already in use at the member organizations' schools. All tenders include both the procurement of expansion equipment and the relocation of existing systems. An overview of the procurement item can be found in the price list (Appendix No. 01) and the list of eligible recipients (Appendix No. 03). The intention is to conclude a framework agreement with a framework agreement partner. The evaluation price is the automatically calculated "Total Offer Price (Evaluation Price)" specified in the completed price list (Appendix 01). Term: 12 months + three extension options of 12 months each.
