Germany – Survey services – Online-Marken- und Werbetracking 5.0

The contract includes the regular measurement of brand image and advertising activities by the contractor (AN) for a period of four years. This measurement will be conducted through online surveys of participants in a panel. Furthermore, the contractor will analyze and process the data collected through these measurements and, if required, provide strategic and conceptual consulting to TK regarding its brand and advertising activities, based on the data collected and, if necessary, supplemented by corresponding additional data from TK. Focused advertising material testing, as well as pre-tests and on-the-fly campaign measurements primarily related to creative development, are not part of this contract. Likewise, studies on user experience (UX), product development and optimization, and quantitative studies that do not involve the regular measurement of brand image and advertising activities are not included in this contract. The contractor's services and the requirements for their performance are detailed in the service description (Appendix V2 of the tender documents). Additional binding requirements, procedures, and standards to be met are outlined in the concepts submitted separately by the contractor with their bid as Appendix A2. The information in the concepts supplements the service description. Overall, the contractor must be able to conduct two additional special analyses simultaneously on a temporary basis, in addition to the regular monthly measurement of brand and advertising activities.
