The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework agreement for "support services in the area of application operation for the ITZBund (Federal IT Service Center)." The total service is divided into three lots, which, for technical reasons, are being addressed in three separate procedures. The total volume of services under the framework agreement, Lots 1, 2, and 3, amounts to 132,000 person-days. An estimated total of 44,000 person-days has been determined for the services to be provided under the contract, based on the maximum contract period of four years. The maximum value corresponds to this total estimated value. The call-off volume cannot be definitively determined. The total service is divided into the following 3 lots: - ZIB 12.09 - 9969/23/VV : 1 Lot 1: Northeast Region: Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Ilmenau - ZIB 12.09 - 9969/23/VV 2 : Lot 2: West Region: Bonn, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Wiesbaden - ZIB 12.09 - 9969/23/VV : 3 Lot 3: South Region: Frankfurt am Main, Karlsruhe, Nuremberg, Stuttgart. A total estimated value of 44,000 person-days per lot, based on the maximum contract period of 4 years, has been determined for the services to be provided under the contract. The maximum value corresponds to the total estimated value. The call-off volume cannot be definitively determined. Bidders/consortia have the option of bidding on any of the three lots advertised in this procurement procedure. However, there is a restriction that each bidder can only be awarded a single lot (award limitation pursuant to Section 30 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV)).
