Provision of laundry services at the initial reception center of the State of Hesse in Büdingen, under the jurisdiction of the Giessen Regional Council. The contractor guarantees the proper and environmentally sound cleaning of the following textiles: Sorting Group A: (duvets, pillowcases, wool blankets). Sorting Group B: (bed linens, sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels). An allergy-friendly, disinfecting, and environmentally sound cleaning agent, dermatologically tested, must be used. Furthermore, the contractor must use a washing procedure recommended by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and be able to provide corresponding documentation. The contractor will provide the necessary number of laundry trolleys for collection and delivery. Collection and delivery of the laundry will generally take place every seven days, in consultation with the site manager, for which the client will grant the contractor appropriate access to the premises. The maximum volume for this framework agreement is up to 290,000 kg of laundry over a service period of four years.
