Germany – Training programme services – IHK Ausbildungsscouts 2024 - 2027

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) is planning to continue the IHK Apprenticeship Scouts project from July 1, 2024, as part of a tender process. This involves conducting classroom visits and training apprenticeship scouts. The contract term is three years. The bidder will organize school visits for the IHK in the (pre-)graduation classes of general education schools and vocational integration classes, where apprentices (apprenticeship scouts) provide information about dual vocational training in general and the career opportunities available. The bidder will acquire the general education schools and vocational integration classes in Middle Franconia, train the apprenticeship scouts, organize and supervise the classroom visits, and handle the matching process. Two apprenticeship scouts (one from the commercial sector and one from the industrial-technical sector) will visit each classroom. The bidder will maintain regular communication with the IHK.
