Germany – Tree-maintenance services – Zeitvertragsarbeiten Stadt Hoyerswerda einschl. aller Ortsteile - Baumpflegearbeiten, Baumfällarbeiten, Sofortmaßnahmen nach Wetterereignissen

The work to be awarded involves tree maintenance, tree felling, and emergency response measures following weather events within the city limits of Hoyerswerda, including its districts. The current framework agreement expires on April 30, 2025. The new framework agreement will run from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, with the option to extend it by one year at a time unless either party declares the agreement terminated in writing by January 31 of the respective calendar year. The framework agreement will expire no later than April 30, 2029. For framework agreements for time-based contracts, contractors are obligated to perform defined services on demand (individual commissions) for a specific period under the conditions stipulated in the framework agreement. These time-based contracts will be tendered as framework agreements in accordance with Section 21 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV). The maximum contract duration of four years, as stipulated in Section 21, Paragraph 6 of the VgV, will not be exceeded. An open procedure will be carried out in accordance with Section 119 of the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB) in conjunction with Section 15 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and Section 21 of the German Procurement Ordinance (VgV). The maintenance measures are generally limited to tree care, tree felling work and immediate measures after weather events.
