This tender is for the award of a framework agreement for the supply of winter tires to all Bavarian Police headquarters (Upper Bavaria North Police Headquarters, Upper Bavaria South Police Headquarters, Munich Police Headquarters, Lower Bavaria Police Headquarters, Upper Palatinate Police Headquarters, Upper Franconia Police Headquarters, Middle Franconia Police Headquarters, Lower Franconia Police Headquarters, Swabia North Police Headquarters, Swabia South/West Police Headquarters) with their subordinate agencies, the Bavarian State Police Headquarters with its subordinate agencies, and the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office. Lot 1 comprises the supply of winter tires from the manufacturer Pirelli. The contract term for Lot 1 begins on the first day of the month following the award of the contract, but not before April 1, 2025. The basic contract term is two years, expiring on March 31, 2027. A one-time extension of one year is possible. After the overall contract term expires on March 31, 2028, the contract for Lot 1 will end automatically without requiring notice of termination.
