Germany – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Markt Kirchseeon - Neuaufstellung Flächennutzungsplan

The municipality of Kirchseeon is planning to revise its land-use plan with an integrated landscape plan. This announcement concerns the scope of services for the land-use plan; the scope of services for the landscape plan will be tendered in a separate, parallel procedure. The currently valid land-use plan dates from December 14, 1998, and will not be updated. The revision of the land-use plan will be used for: - Incorporating any amendments - Technical updates - Establishing municipal land management - Implementing the "Kirchseeon 2040" vision. The contract will be awarded directly following the negotiated procedure, with early public participation scheduled to begin at the end of 2026. Initially, Phase 1 of the land-use plan will be commissioned in accordance with Sections 17 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Phases 2 and 3 are expected to be commissioned subsequently. The area to be addressed within the municipality of Kirchseeon is 1,791 hectares.
