Germany – Various school services – „MuT (Motivation und Training)“ Leistung nach § 16h SGB II und § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs.

The program is divided into two modules. Module 1 includes an initial contact offer and counseling to overcome individual support needs. Module 2 provides a structured, stabilizing element as a possible option. This stabilizing element is based on the principles of a production school. The program aims to facilitate the integration or reintegration of participants into a mainstream system with a school, vocational training, or employment framework, as well as to improve their orientation within these contexts. Module 1 aims to establish contact with hard-to-reach or disconnected young people through an outreach-based counseling approach, independent of the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II) system. Module 2 aims to first stabilize employable benefit recipients under 25 years of age with multiple problems, including particularly low-achieving school leavers who have not yet been reached by regular vocational integration measures, and secondly to develop personal prospects for these young people that ideally lead directly or indirectly into the education system. The following modules are offered: I. Module 1: for the towns/municipalities of Augustdorf, Detmold, Horn-Bad Meinberg, Lage, Schlangen and the greater Blomberg area (Barntrup, Lügde, Blomberg, Schieder-Schwalenberg): 20 counseling places. II. Module 2: for the production school at the Detmold location (city center): 8 participant places.
