In order to find a solution for these cramped spaces within the castle, the municipality of Lisberg is planning, as part of the urban redevelopment of the Trabelsdorf district, the renovation and conversion of the former brewery into a medical center with public use on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors, in the immediate vicinity of the castle. The following uses are planned for the former brewery: • Doctor's office / medical center (MVZ) • Café for residents / ice cream parlor • Flexible number of additional residential units, at least one unit with approx. 150 m², divisible // Quantities: - approx. 820 m² galvanized duct and fittings - approx. 240 m galvanized spiral duct DN 80 to DN 500 - approx. 75 air outlets / weather protection grilles / roof penetrations - approx. 46 silencers - approx. 36 constant volume flow controllers / variable volume flow controllers / dampers - approx. 20 fire dampers / ceiling bulkheads - 1 ventilation unit 2,545 m³/h with heat recovery - 1 ventilation unit 2,320 m³/h with heat recovery - 4 individual fans 60 m³/h - 1 Exhaust fan - 4 units. Air conditioning approx. 5.0 kW with 4 outdoor units and 6 indoor units incl. ductwork - 1 unit. Air conditioning 25.0 kW with 1 outdoor unit for a ventilation unit incl. ductwork.
