The subject of this tender is the supply and ready-to-use installation of a new media technology system for the following rooms of the Goslar district: - Large meeting room (0100) - Meeting room (0102) - Small meeting room (0103) The media technology system for the large meeting room (0100) essentially comprises a sound system, projection technology (motorized screen and laser projector), two mobile 98-inch touch displays for large-screen display, three fixed 75-inch displays on the gallery for displaying images to the podium, a mobile 32-inch preview display, a discussion system with 12 wireless table microphones, wireless microphone technology, camera technology consisting of five PTZ cameras, video and streaming technology, conference technology, a media control system with touch panels, signal processing and distribution, network, infrastructure, connection points and central technology. In the adjacent meeting rooms (0102 / 0103), the media technology system includes a sound system, a fixed wall display, camera equipment, microphone equipment (ceiling microphone), a media control system with a table control panel, signal processing and distribution, network infrastructure, connection points, and central technology. The delivery, installation, programming, and commissioning of the system, including documentation and training, are to be provided. Likewise, service and maintenance are to be provided for a period of two years after acceptance of the system, with an optional extension after the contract term expires.
