Germany – Water distribution – Vertrag über die öffentliche Versorgung mit Wasser und die Wegenutzung zum Betrieb des Wasserversorgungsnetzes in der Stadt Blaubeuren

The City of Blaubeuren announces that the contract with TWB-Technische Werke Blaubeuren GmbH for the supply of water and the operation of the water supply network in the City of Blaubeuren will expire on December 31, 2025. The contract area covers the municipal territory of the City of Blaubeuren. Companies interested in concluding a new, exclusive contract with the City of Blaubeuren for the public supply of water and the right of way for the operation of the water supply network within the contract area are requested to submit their expression of interest to the contact person, GERSEMANN Rechtsanwälte, listed in Section 8.1, within the deadline specified in Section 5.1.12 (expression of interest period). The date of receipt by the aforementioned contact person is decisive for compliance with the expression of interest period. Submission of the expression of interest by fax or email is permitted and sufficient for compliance with the deadline. Expressions of interest received after the deadline will no longer be considered in the further proceedings (exclusion period). Upon timely receipt of the expression of interest, interested parties will be sent further procedural documents outlining the procedure, eligibility requirements, and selection criteria. Information regarding the water supply network located within the contract area, which is necessary for an expression of interest, can be requested from the contact person at GERSEMANN Rechtsanwälte (law firm) listed under section 8.1, specifying the required data. Data will be released after review and upon prior signing of a confidentiality agreement.
