The scope of services essentially includes the following tasks: complete detailed planning (including safety considerations and process-related risk assessment / HAZOP review), calculation, design and coding according to KKS, scheduling, delivery, assembly, operational completion, conversion work, documentation, commissioning, trial operation and training of operating personnel. Key points for the construction of the plant: - Fuel delivery by road and rail - Sampling - Oversize separation and shredding - Removal of contaminants such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals - Fuel conveyance to the storage silos and from there to the boiler's feed hopper - Exhaust air purification: receiving hall / dust filter, activated carbon filter - Waste wood boiler with grate firing and natural circulation steam generator (water-tube boiler) - Boiler house (steel construction, including facade) - Multi-stage dry flue gas cleaning with skimmer/cyclone, reactor (adsorbents: hearth furnace coke and hydrated lime (Ca(OH)2)), fabric filter and SCR process to comply with the emission limits of the 17th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV). Unreacted adsorbents are to be partially recirculated. - Absorption heat pump for flue gas condensation and heat recovery upstream of the chimney - Discharge of the cleaned flue gas with induced draft fan via the existing chimney - Emission measurement technology integrated into the existing emissions analysis - Live steam line to the existing turbine and District heating supply - Silos for reagents, boiler ash and residual materials - Emergency power generator near the boiler house (if required) - Electrical, control, measurement and control technology including cabling, control system connection and programming into the existing T-3000 system - Slag handling (discharge and loading technology) - Pipeline construction - Steel construction
