The tender concerns, among other things, the following land surveying services: Consultancy and land surveying services in connection with the construction, reconstruction and expansion as well as reclassification of public and private public roads, including surveying, measuring, marketing, de-registration, land rectification, registration of the weather and separation of roads from cadastres in accordance with relevant legislation, etc. Consultancy and land surveying services in connection with the development, sale and development of municipal urban development areas, including the implementation of subdivision plans, case management in connection with subdivision cases, subdivision drawings, registration, easement reports, land rectification, measuring, marketing, consultancy in relation to relevant legislation, etc. Advice and surveyor services that will form the basis for the de-matriculation of areas and detailed design of roads, paths and green areas, as well as surveyor tasks in connection with necessary measurements and settlements. Advice and surveyor services in connection with land distribution, as well as assistance in connection with expropriations and other land acquisitions, etc. Geographically, the framework agreement covers the entire Municipality of Aarhus.
