The tender concerns total consultancy (architectural and engineering services) in connection with the construction of a new extension to Lillebæltskolen, which will accommodate an assembly hall, as well as renovation of adjacent areas. The assembly hall will function as a gathering point for the school, and it is desired that it will provide opportunities for tumbling and stage setting. The assembly hall will function as a landmark upon arrival at the school, and it will connect the indoor areas of the school with the school's outdoor amphitheater. In connection with the establishment of the assembly hall, this will be connected to the existing building, where a new administration, PLC and lounge area will be established. Both the extension and renovation will be solved with the existing architecture in mind. It is desired that the assembly hall in combination with the lounge area will be able to accommodate up to 500 people. The scope of the renovation in connection with the extension is as follows: - Light renovation of the new administration department after the previous dental clinic - Establishment of a lounge area in the existing PLC area - Establishment of a new PLC area in the existing administration area. The scope of the renovation is detailed in the outline. The general consultant must further develop the outline together with Middelfart Municipality. The renovation and extension must be adapted to a school that is in operation during the entire execution period, which means that the work must be carried out with minimal disruption to the school's daily activities. Reference is made to the entire tender documentation, including the general consultant agreement with annexes for a further description of the scope of the tasks. The general consultant agreement is based on ABR 18 and the Service Description for Construction and Landscape (YBL 18).
