The consultancy tender includes consultancy in connection with new common areas and road connection at ALFABO's housing department 103, Munkebo. Good common areas must be built, where the project must first and foremost ensure a transformation from a housing department to a district. There must therefore be a strong focus on inviting common areas for all age groups that can create communities. The project must create a connection to the other areas in the district and must invite citizens who do not live in the housing department to use the common areas. ALFABO also sees that the common areas can also be used by the local school and the neighboring nursing home. The consultancy agreement is divided into two subtasks. Subtask 1 concerns client consultancy in connection with the turnkey tender for a new road construction between Munkevænget (to the south) and Gl. Esbjergvej (to the north), and subtask 2 concerns total consultancy in connection with the process and large-scale tender for projects for common areas. The tender is carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with sections 58-60 of the Public Procurement Act.
