Denmark – Construction work – Svanemøllens skybrudsprojekt - SST55_RIA - Tidlige arbejder for byggepladsetablering

This contract includes a number of preparatory works that will create the basis for a subsequent larger contract. The project is located in Ryparken, where the area will function as a shaft workplace for the contractor who takes over the subsequent phase. The primary activity in this contract is the rerouting of two existing gravity pipelines, Ø1600 and Ø2000 concrete pipes, respectively, over a distance of approximately 80 meters. The work includes excavation and disposal of the two existing pipes over a distance of approximately 60 meters. The pipes are located at a depth of up to 5.5 meters, which can cause potential challenges, such as groundwater inflow during open excavation. The task also includes bracing of excavations and a permanent retaining wall, which will be handed over to the next contractor. In addition, the contract includes a number of other necessary activities to ensure a functional and safe workplace for the subsequent contractor. This includes the establishment of noise fences to minimize noise nuisance, the construction of access roads and gates, and terrain regulation. Gravel pads (SG) will also be laid to provide a stable foundation for heavy machinery and equipment. In addition, utility lines will be installed for future use. The Contractor shall carry out design as described in SAB02, SAB03 and SAB05.
