The tender is part of the contracting authority's organisation of its purchases for the construction and renovation of district heating pipelines. The contracting authority has chosen to organise these purchases in the following four framework agreements: 1) Framework agreement - pre-insulated steel pipes (partial agreement 1) 2) Framework agreement - Flexible pre-insulated pipes (partial agreement 2) 3) Framework agreement for the execution of earthworks (this tender) 4) Framework agreement for the execution of pipe installation The present tender thus includes a framework agreement for the execution of earthworks. The execution of the works takes place in the contracting authority's supply area, which is geographically Høje-Taastrup Municipality and Greve Municipality. The maximum economic value of the framework agreement is DKK 1,100,000,000 excl. VAT, which constitutes the sum of the value of the framework agreement in the fixed term and the value of the options. The scope and content of the framework agreement are described in more detail in the draft framework agreement with annexes, in particular in the Special work description, earthworks (”SAB-J”) and the Common work description (”FAB”). The contracting authority places orders (enters into contracts) on the basis of the framework agreement by direct award. Reference is made to section 7 of the draft framework agreement.
